Dewan Steel Mills was incorporated as a public limited company in 1958 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The company has two units, i.e. Dewan Muhammad Nawaz Steel Mills located at Site, District Karachi and Dewan Farooque Steel Mills located at Kotri, District Hyderabad.
